Find and connect with colleagues in the People window

The People window gives you a quick overview of your colleagues across BeZoned. You can see where they are, whether they are available, and what their current status is. This is especially helpful when you cannot see someone in the office you are currently visiting.

Open the People window

  1. Go to the Office menu.

  2. Click People.

  3. Review the list of colleagues and their current location, availability, and status.

View a colleague’s details

  1. Click a colleague’s name.

  2. Review their avatar menu.

  3. Check their schedule for the day.

  4. Choose an available action, such as starting a chat or launching a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Join a colleague in their office

  1. Find the colleague in the People window.

  2. Click their BeZoned office name.

  3. We take you directly to the office they are in.

  4. Join them at the table for a quick chat.

Search for a colleague

  1. Click the Search field in the People window.

  2. Enter the colleague’s name.

  3. Select the colleague from the results.
