Background noise is audible

My colleagues and I are having an issue with background noise, like keyboard typing, being audible when sitting around a table. We all have noise suppression enabled in the Bezoned settings menu. The issue should be noticeable as soon as you swap between a Teams meeting and a table in the BeZoned office.

    Thank you Frederik, for bringing this to our attention. We have just implemented another audio solution in order to counter this issue and some other. The new audio solution is right now being tested and should be released very soon. When you try it out, please let me know if that solves the problem you have.

      Input after the latest update:
      With BeZoned new audio solution, audio levels seems to be much better and clear, which is an improvement in the overall audio area 👍
      However noise cancellation is still an issue for people without propper hardware solution for this. People with desktop stand mics, laptops, in-ear-headphones on the go, bring a lot of noise to the table. Others with high quality headsets don’t add to this.

      Tested with 4 people with different hardware jumping from BeZoned into Teams Meeting, with mechanical keyboards clicking in the background.

      But like you said, first step is the new audio solution, now is just buildup on the software noise cancellation which we know you will 🙂
