Puchase BeZoned user licenses

BeZoned user licenses are purchased through Microsoft Marketplace. In this guide, we explain how to purchase a new BeZoned subscription, choose the number of licenses you need, and activate your subscription so you can assign licenses to users.

1. Choose the licenses you need

Before purchasing, visit the BeZoned pricing page to compare the available options and included features.

Decide which subscription option you need and how many user licenses you want to purchase.

2. Open BeZoned in Microsoft Marketplace

Go to the BeZoned subscription in Microsoft Marketplace.

If you have not purchased BeZoned before, create a new subscription through Microsoft Marketplace.

3. Complete your purchase

Follow the purchase steps in Microsoft Marketplace.

During checkout, select the number of BeZoned user licenses your organization needs and complete the subscription purchase using your Microsoft account.

4. Activate your subscription

After you complete the purchase, Microsoft requires you to activate the new subscription.

Microsoft Marketplace provides an option to activate the subscription after purchase. You should also receive an email from Microsoft containing a link you can use to complete the activation.

Make sure you complete this step before assigning licenses to users.

5. Assign licenses to users

After your subscription is purchased and activated, the BeZoned licenses need to be assigned to users in your organization.
